Hi! I’m Dr. Ellie Trombetta, DC MS CPT, a chiropractor and NASM-certified personal trainer. I also have a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance and am currently working on my Master’s degree in Pediatric Chiropractic. I have over 7 years of experience working with clients in one-on-one and group settings, both in person and virtually.

I take an education-focused, evidence-based approach to training and believe that no two bodies or goals are the same. I customize each program to meet my clients’ specific needs, movement patterns, experience levels, and lifestyles, helping them improve their health safely and sustainably. My goal is not just short-term results, but long-term success and confidence in your capabilities.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, and strive to create workouts that are both effective and realistic. Whether the goal is improving strength, mobility, endurance, accountability, or overall health, I’m committed to helping clients become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

 

My partner, Isaac, and I also own and operate our chiropractic office, First Class Chiropractic LLC, in Bethalto, IL. Outside of the gym and work, I enjoy spending time with Isaac, our one-year-old daughter, Thea, and our two dogs.

GROUP CLASSES

Current in-person group class offerings include Mommy & Me and Strength & Endurance. Class times and locations are updated in the class calendar. Registration must be done through Vagaro. 

VIRTUAL TRAINING

I offer multiple online training packages that can be fully customized to your needs and goals. Hybrid in-person/virtual programs are available upon request.

IN PERSON TRAINING

One-on-one in person training is available at my personal training gym in Bethalto, IL. Hybrid in-person/virtual programs are available upon request.

GROUP CLASSES

Bring your little one and join me and Thea for a Mommy & Me workout!  All fitness levels and parenting stages are welcome. A moderate weight set of dumbbells is needed (8lbs - 15lbs depending on your fitness level). A yoga mat is recommended but not required.

Please register, pay, and fill out all waivers via Vagaro prior to the start of class.
